When we first moved to Betterworks, I really thought… the continuous goal setting … was really going to be the thing that moved the needle for us. And it has helped in the transparency… But the conversation piece has been the biggest needle-mover… Conversations have allowed us to give the playbook to these managers to allow them to have meaningful conversations.
